Free Shipping on orders over £650 (ex VAT) for UK Mainland. All orders below this will have a £15 (ex VAT) charge, which will be added to your order. Minimum order value: £250 (ex VAT)

Orders that are out of the mainland will need a shipping quote, which will be calculated in the office, We will send the shipping quote for approval.

Delivery time and information:

For most of the UK mainland, you can expect delivery 2 to 5 days after your order has been confirmed which will be shipped. Deliveries further afield may take considerably longer. If your order is palletised or being delivered outside of the UK mainland an alternative courier might be used.

When your order arrives:

If when your delivery arrives and the outer packaging is damaged and you suspect that the products inside are also likely to be damaged you must inform the courier in writing of the damaged packaging when you sign for the delivery, take a photo of the damage before opening your parcel, and contact us immediately.

In the event of your parcel not having been delivered please contact us as soon as possible.

Please notify BrioTrade of any faulty goods, missing goods or discrepancies within 5 business days of receiving the goods.
